Scenthound Instagram Photo Contest - Official Rules

1. Eligibility:

  • The Scenthound Instagram Photo Contest ("Contest") is open to all Scenthound customers aged 18 and older.

  • Employees of Scenthound and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

  • Participants must post a photo of their dogs on their personal Instagram accounts.

  • Tag @scenthound and use the specified contest hashtag(#ScenthoundPetWeek) in the photo caption.

  • Ensure the Instagram account is set to public during the contest period.

  • Multiple entries are allowed.

3. Contest Period:

  • The Contest begins on May 5th, 2024 and ends on May 11th, 2024, at 3:00 PM (Eastern Time).

4. Prize:

  • Seven (7) winners will each receive a $25 credit to be used towards products or services at Scenthound.

5. Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries.

  • The selection will take place after 4:00 pm on each day of the content (5/5/24 - 5/11/24)

  • Winners will be notified through direct message on Instagram.

6. Claiming the Prize:

  • To claim the prize, winners must respond to the winner notification within seven (7) days.

  • Winners must provide contact information and agree to the use of their names and photos for promotional purposes.

7. Prize Redemption:

  • The $25 credit can be redeemed towards any Scenthound products or services.

  • The credit must be used within six (6) months of the prize claim.

8. Publicity:

  • By entering the Contest, participants grant Scenthound the right to use their submitted photos and names for promotional purposes.

9. General Conditions:

  • Scenthound reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the Instagram terms of service.

  • Scenthound is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

10. Modification or Cancellation:

  • Scenthound reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time for any reason.

11. Agreement to Official Rules:

  • Participation in the Contest constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
